Welcome to the Blog
You don’t need another checklist. You definitely don’t need more strategies, hacks, or things to try harder at. You’ve already tried those, and if they’d worked, you wouldn’t be here—exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if you’re the only one who can’t seem to make any of it stick.
This blog isn’t about fixing you. It’s about finally understanding what’s been happening—why you’re so tired even though you’re still functioning, why rest feels dangerous instead of restorative, and why your body seems to be working against you when you’re trying so hard to work with it.
What you’ll find here is different from most wellness content. I don’t write posts that end with five action steps or tell you to “just” do something simple. I write to help you see patterns you couldn’t name, make sense of responses that felt confusing, and understand why the conventional advice hasn’t worked for women like us.
Some posts will make you feel seen in a way that’s almost uncomfortable. Some will give you language for things you’ve been carrying without words. Some will simply let you breathe because someone finally said the quiet part out loud.
You don’t have to read everything. You don’t have to read in order. You don’t have to implement anything. If all you do is find one post that helps you feel less alone or less broken, that’s enough. That’s actually everything.
This is a place to rest your mind, not fill it with more obligations.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t. Come back when you’re ready. I’m glad you’re here.
